1. About These Terms
These Terms apply to Ulu-Hunter, distributed by ULULANDS Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through third‑party platforms such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery in Hong Kong. By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These Terms are available on our website and store listings. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the Game. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
2. Access & Use
Game rules and mechanics are explained within the Game. We may update features, modify services, or suspend access at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error‑free operation.
3. In‑App Purchases (IAP)
The Game may offer optional in‑app purchases. All purchases are processed securely by the platform you downloaded the Game from (Apple, Google, or Huawei). We do not store or process payment information.
- All purchases are final and subject to the platform’s refund policies.
- Unauthorised purchases or chargebacks may result in restricted access to the Game.
4. Advertising (Ads)
The Game may display third‑party advertisements.
- We do not control the content of third‑party ads.
- Ad providers may collect anonymous device or usage data to deliver relevant ads (see our Privacy Policy).
- Viewing ads is optional unless required for certain in‑game rewards.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to comply with Hong Kong laws and the terms of the platform you downloaded the Game from. You must not:
- Engage in fraudulent payments or chargebacks
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game
- Use cheats, bots, automation, or unauthorized third‑party tools
- Participate in illegal, harmful, or disruptive behavior
6. Intellectual Property
All Game content is protected under the Hong Kong Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528). You are granted a personal, non‑commercial, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Game for entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the Game’s content for commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for:
- Issues caused by your device, operating system, or network
- Payment or billing errors handled by third‑party platforms
- Loss of in‑game progress or data We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All payments are processed by Apple, Google, or Huawei. We do not receive or store your payment details. These platforms may collect data necessary to process purchases (e.g., device ID, transaction confirmation).
3. Advertising & Third‑Party Services
The Game may display ads provided by third‑party advertising networks. These providers may collect anonymous data such as:

- Approximate location (non‑precise)
- Crash logs

This information is used to deliver and improve ad performance. We do not control or access this data.
4. Support & Contact
If you contact us via email, we may temporarily retain your email address and message solely to resolve your support request. This information is not used for marketing and is deleted once the support case is closed.support@ululands.com
5. Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
6. Children’s Privacy
TThe Game is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
