1. About These Terms

These Terms apply to Ulu-Hunter, distributed by ULULANDS Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) via third party platforms like the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery in Hong Kong. By continuing to use the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Game. These Terms are available via our website and via our store listings. You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian’s permission to use this Game. These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law.

2. Access & Use

Game rules and mechanics are explained in-game. We may update features, change services, or suspend access at any time. We do not guarantee continuous access or error-free operation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to follow all applicable Hong Kong laws and platform terms of service. You may not engage in any of the following:

• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks
• Reverse engineering or modifying the Game
• Use of cheats, bots, or third-party tools
• Any other illegal or harmful behavior

We do not collect personal data unless you contact us for support (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Intellectual Property

All game content is protected under the Hong Kong Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528). You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for entertainment only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Game “as is.” We are not responsible for:

• Issues with your device or OS
• Payment or billing errors on third-party platforms
• Lost in-game progress or data

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

2. Third-Party Services

UluHunter is distributed third party platforms such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery. These platforms may collect data (e.g. device type, crash reports, purchase confirmations) to support game delivery or performance. We do not control or access this information.

3. Support & Contact

If you contact us via email, we may temporarily retain your email address and message to resolve the issue. This information is not used for marketing, and is deleted after the support case is closed. We take reasonable steps to protect any support-related information you send us.
