Deep within the ancient rainforests of Borneo lies the secluded village of Ulu, a place where tradition is law and the spirits of the jungle watch every generation rise and fall. As the season of drought begins a time believed to reveal true strength the elders declare that a new Chief must be chosen.
In Ulu, leadership is not granted by words or lineage. It is earned through courage, wisdom, and mastery of the unforgiving jungle. To prove themselves worthy, contenders from across the land return home to face a sacred trial passed down through centuries.
Legends speak of the Mandu, a powerful ancestral weapon hidden somewhere deep within the forest. Whoever retrieves it will earn the right to lead the tribe. But the path to the Mandu is treacherous. Rivals have already entered the jungle, each determined to claim the title for themselves. The spirits test every step, the terrain shifts with danger, and ancient customs demand resilience.
As the elders proclaim:
“Hunters shall now compete to become our next leader. Let the hunt begin.”
